The BEST program has given me the opportunity to meet amazing people, travel around Germany, and experience a different culture. I'm so thankful!

My favorite part about the BEST program is both, amount of planned group events (such as waterskiing and Berlin), and the amount of free time to travel around Germany and the surrounding countries.

Larissa Kolasinski, Saint Martin's University

My favorite part of the BEST program has been the planned activities from the school, the personalities of the BEST team, the free-time in the evening, and the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas on the weekends.

Not only did I earn a great education, I was able to experience the culture and make new friends! It was an opportunity of a lifetime that I'm glad I didn't miss out on!

Garrett F. Tanner, Indiana University of Pennsylvania

From when I stepped off the plane, to when we traveled across Germany, we always had someone there who knew which way to go and who, mercifully, spoke English. When I look back at the adventures that I've had in my life, and then subtract that time when I drank expired orange juice last week, the rest includes those that I had during the BEST trip. In only 5 weeks, my entire perception of the world and its limits changed. I met friends in China and Germany that I make regular contact with. It may quite possibly be the best trip of my life.

Johnson Marcellino, Mississippi State University

I had always wanted to study abroad, so I applied. I'm so glad I did: BEST summer ever! Germany was an amazing cultural experience. While over there, I made many friends, enjoyed traveling Germany and the neighboring countries of Holland and England during two of my weekends, studied business classes under German professors, visited numerous museums and historical monuments, toured many German businesses (including a beer company!) and had the summer of my life! I strongly encourage anyone reading this to apply to the BEST program and prepare for an epic summer adventure, learning, and fun.

Robert Shaw, University of New Mexico

Not only was I introduced to the German language and institutions like the Bundesbank, but my colleagues and I were able to use an excellent transportation network to explore northern Europe between London and Berlin in our off time. BEST also introduced me to my "buddy", a university student in Germany, who became one of my good friends and showed me around his hometown of Moers. All this along with a strong core curriculum of international business which expanded my capabilities as a businessman and fulfilled credits I needed to grauduate. This was truly one of the BEST experiences of my life and I highly recommend it.

Bobby Jewell, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

I decided on the BEST program because of its focus on Germany's role in solving the debt crisis and history of the European Union. It also required little knowledge of the German language. The BEST program provided a great location and smaller size compared with many other study abroad programs. My first enjoyment was the professors we had. It was nice learning from many different backgrounds and their perception of the crisis while teaching Economics for many years. I also was very happy to have a great group of students to study and explore with. They came from all over the U.S. and even the world. I l never thought I'd learn so much about different cultures just from them! During the last week of the trip and too many adventures to count with both the BEST group and during the free time we had, I didn't want to leave. I had tons of memories and learned more than I had ever Imagined. I would definitely recommend the BEST program to every ambitious student whose willing to put themselves outside of the box to experience studying abroad.

Nic Tang, Baptist University of Hong Kong

After studying in Germany, I experienced a totally different culture both in lifestyle as well as environment which really broaden my horizon. Living in the hotel with classmates from all over the world, it takes me a glance of distinct cultural habits. It is enjoyable to get along with them. BEST personnel have been very hospitable to me. They have done a great job at taking every care of me. The program has been designed down to the very last detail that it ran smoothly and flexibly. The personnel are so amiable and helpful throughout the program which impressed me so much. Compared with traditional education in Hong Kong, BEST program provides a less-intense class schedule with an international curriculum. This really enables me to have more extra leisure time to get an exposure to the country instead of only assignments and tests.
